Solar Power Installations

We have implemented solar energy systems at major hubs in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai. This shift to renewable energy reduces our carbon footprint and reliance on fossil fuels.

Shift to Rail Transport

Led by our Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Subhasish Chakraborty, we aim to shift 60% of our cargo to rail transport, significantly reducing emissions and enhancing efficiency.

Expanding Our Eco-Friendly Fleet

We are transitioning our delivery fleet to electric vehicles (EVs) and incorporating advanced CNG and EV models. This shift reduces emissions and supports clean mobility solutions, positioning DTDC as a leader in sustainable logistics.

Sustainable Packaging Solutions

We have moved away from single-use plastics, opting for reusable materials such as biodegradable foam peanuts, cornstarch packaging, and corrugated bubble wrap. These eco-friendly choices support a circular economy and minimize environmental impact.

Water Stewardship

Through our partnership with the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA), we advocate for sustainable water management practices under the “Be Water +Ve” movement. We actively promote water conservation and are involved in initiatives like rainwater harvesting.
